A ride to "Canal des eclaves"

For this excursion, leave early. You will discover during your walk a lush nature and building dating from the period of slavery. The narrow and steep course makes this hike not recommended for beginners, unless they are fond of strong sensation.

Pelee Mountain Volcano

Reach the village of "Morne rouge" by car. Put on your walking shoes and go from "Aileron" car park to climb the volcano. Leaving early in the morning will let you to enjoy beautiful colors and a quiet and relaxing nature.

From ”Le Prêcheur”, hike through the rainforest. You will discover the fauna and flora that you will hardly have the opportunity to see elsewhere. This hike can take you to the town of Grand'Rivière at the extreme North of Martinique (allow 6 hours of walking).

You cannot miss this famous walk in the middle of extraordinary landscapes ; you will arrive at the ruins of an old castle of the eighteenth century, called "le château Dubuc".
